3. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF VIDEORECORDED DATA

4. PURPOSES OF IMAGE PROCESSING

The images obtained through our security cameras will be used exclusively for security and protection purposes of property and people. This treatment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monitoring and control of access to our facilities.

  • Prevention and detection of risk situations or illegal activities.

  • Protecting the safety of our collaborators, clients and visitors.

5. ACCESS TO IMAGES

Access to images will be restricted to authorized Legal Estudio Jurídico personnel only and will be carried out in accordance with operational and security needs.

6. STORAGE PERIOD

Images captured by security cameras will be stored for a period of 30 days, after which they will be securely deleted, unless it is necessary to retain them for compliance with legal obligations.

7. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The management of your personal data will be carried out in a specific manner, respecting at all times the existing relationship with you and in accordance with the particular privacy notice that has been provided to you.

In different circumstances, we will collect information for the following purposes:
